Lost was mystery show that took place on strange island. Story follows a group of survivors of Oceanic flight 815 who crashed on enigmatic Island. The show became very popular in first years of its broadcast although many fans were later disappointed with lack of answers regarding some events that didn’t make sense or were intentionally clouded. However Lost changed the way TV shows were written and structured with strong emphasis on characters’ history and their relationships. The show has become major success for its network ABC and has gained cult following, including the creation of Lost Pedia, a very thorough encyclopedia on the subject of the Lost universe.
